10 Year Cask Strength Rye Whiskey

Our inaugural barrel is a 10 year, 2 month aged rye whiskey bottled at 106.4 proof. In 2025, we were fortunate to secure a small lot of rye whiskey barrels from MGP with a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. After careful tasting and selection, we chose this standout barrel to launch the Single Barrel Series.

This whiskey offers rich and layered notes of salted caramel crème brûlée, maple candy, and a gentle savory smokiness that balances the sweetness and adds depth to the finish.
